It's such a blessing to see people’s lives in our community be impacted by our annual event. We will forever be indebted to our business partners that, without reservation, give each year. Our sponsors are the catalyst which drives the success of our yearly event. 

With the money raised during the Golf tournament in 2022, we were able to provide 225 pairs of shoes to students attending the 15 elementary schools within the Waco Independent School District.  As you know, the increase of prices in our economy has also placed an additional financial stress on families and your generous sponsorships were able to aide us in assisting 45 families in the community with their increased utilities as well.

We are reaching out to our sponsorship partners again this year to see where you might be able to help us make this year’s event an even greater success! Our goal in 2023 is to raise $50,000, which would enable us to provide up to 500 pairs of shoes to the community, as well as provide assistance to 100 families and other outreach projects directed towards children and youth in the community. Here are a few ways your business can contribute:

• Donate items to use for our raffles. Items can include anything that would enhance goody bags for our amazing golfers.
• Donate gift certificates from your place of business that we will use as prizes
• Donate a “monetary gift” that will go directly toward funding one of our many outreach opportunities in the community

Where all proceeds from the event will go towards:

• Fund shoes for the less fortunate children in our community
• Outreach programming and special projects directed towards the children and youth in our community.
• Supporting our “Helps Ministry” which provides financial assistance to cover expenses such as utility bills, prescriptions, and doctor visits for the less fortunate in our community

What you will receive as a result of your donation:

• Name recognition of your business on all Mighty Wind Worship Center social media promotions of our event
• Possible new customers as a result of your participation in a community event that impacts many families in our community in a great way
• Mighty Wind Worship Center will provide you with a “letter of contribution” for tax purposes should you need one for your records
